隐私政策目前仅提供英文版本。

Australian Guild of Influencers Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs ShowYO!, an AI content platform for creators and businesses, at showyo.com.au, together with the related agency, production and podcast services we provide (the “Service”). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What personal information is

Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable. Video and audio of a person (their face and voice) can be personal information.

2. The information we collect

Account details

Your name, email address and login details. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them.

Your profile and strategy

Your answers to our onboarding survey (the “Creator DNA”), including information about you, your business, your audience and your goals, your social media and benchmark account links, and the strategy we create from them. If you choose to answer by voice, we collect the recording to turn it into text.

Content you create or upload

Ideas, scripts, storyboards, notes, voice notes, photos, videos and podcast footage, audio, transcripts (including who said what), clips, subtitles and translations, editor briefs, feedback and files you upload or create in the Service.

Information about other people

Your content may include other people, such as podcast guests, team members or customers. When you invite someone (for example a guest, editor, filmographer or client), we collect their name and email address so we can give them access. If you upload content that features other people, you must have their permission (see our Terms of Service).

Performance data

Results you upload about your posts, such as screenshots of your social media analytics, views, engagement and follower numbers, and audience breakdowns (for example age, gender and location). Audience breakdowns come from the platforms in aggregate form; they do not identify individual viewers.

Payments

If you buy a plan or tokens, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the payment and basic billing details, but we do not store your full card number.

Usage and device information

How you use the Service (for example pages visited, features used, tokens spent and clicks on links we create for you), plus technical information such as IP address, browser, device and log data. We use cookies and your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

Messages and enquiries

What you send us by email, through forms on our website (such as early-access or enquiry forms) or through feedback tools in the Service.

Public information

To show trends and examples, we collect publicly available content and statistics from social media platforms, which may include public account names and posts.

3. How we use your information

4. AI processing

Many features use artificial intelligence. To produce the results you ask for, we send the relevant content (for example your survey answers, a transcript or a script) to AI service providers, who process it and return the result to us.

We also develop our own AI models:

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in Singapore (video storage, video processing and some AI services), the United States (hosting, email and some AI services), the European Union (workflow automation) and China (some AI services). We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Sensitive information

Sensitive information includes information about a person’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health, sexual orientation or criminal record. We do not ask for it, but it may appear in content you choose to upload (for example a podcast conversation). We use it only to provide the Service to you, with your consent, or where required or authorised by law.

8. Security and data breaches

We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections and time-limited links for videos and files, and we limit staff access to what is needed. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by law.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep your account information while your account is open. Large files, such as raw footage and older clips, may be deleted after a period of inactivity in line with our storage rules; we will tell you before we delete footage you have not downloaded.

When your account is closed, we keep your content for 90 days so it can be recovered or downloaded, and then delete it or de-identify it. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time, and we keep records we need for legal, tax or accounting reasons (business records are generally kept for 7 years). De-identified and aggregated information is kept indefinitely.

10. Your choices and rights

The Service is for people aged 18 and over and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. YouTube API Services

Some features use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to that information. If you connect a Google or YouTube account, you can remove our access at any time from your Google account’s security settings.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on our website, and we will let you know about significant changes.

13. Contact and complaints

If you have a question or complaint about privacy, contact us at hello@agoi.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
